He was my favorite model. Possessed of otherworldly poise and fearlessness in front of the camera, and what a face! I loved shooting him. He might even have been more well known in the fashion world for his extraordinary skill as a stylist; I have never learned more about the art of shooting people than I did when Gabe styled a shoot for me. Examples of either to follow. More than anything, he was my very dear friend and I miss him and his ridiculous laugh every single day.
